Workplace Academy kicked off the first of its series of live training sessions in May with a session in Boston, followed by Chicago in June.
Designed to be an interactive program, Workplace Academy aims to educate Workplace users on how best to use the platform’s features across various devices, and to equip users with the ability to stay on the right side of compliance regulations without compromising on productivity and flexibility.
Presented by Jason Arrigo (Director, Education) and William Jamhoury (Technical Instructor), the session covered topics such as:
- Different types of apps and data
- Workplace Web App
- Workplace Mobile Apps: iOS and Android
- The “Hosted” Environment
Jason and William were also able to answer some questions that our users had. Our team, in turn, gained valuable feedback first-hand, which will go towards product improvements and helping us fine-tune future live training sessions.
“We have been running monthly New Features Training webinars for a while now and we’ve gotten very positive feedback from our customers, but we have also been aware of requests for more targeted training, as well as in-person sessions. This is why we created Workplace Academy and have started going on the road to meet with and train our customers. It has been a joy to meet everyone and to be gifted with their candid feedback, which we value deeply and take very seriously,” said Jason.
We would like to thank our customers in and around Boston and Chicago for spending their morning with us, and we look forward to seeing everyone again at future training sessions. We also have upcoming sessions planned so stay tuned for more updates.
